):A.U.K. are a UK anarcho - punk rock recording project, who came togther in January 2009 and based around the nucles of brother's Johnny Punk ( real name John Ball ) and Iain Influx ( real name Iain Ball ). They combine guitars and drum loops to create a fast, angry, wild, chaotic and sometimes melodic tortured style of music. Which, in turn, is the voice of resentful anger and frustration that is stimulated by a need for change. Originally they formed as a 6 piece band back in 1987, to support ' Oi Polloi ' at a gig in their home town of Glenrothes. They never had any recorded output and disbanded soon after. (...) When this site was set up Rob Marriot of ' Burnt Cross ' heard the very rough (scorch earth mix ) of ' The Earth Dies Screaming ' by 'This Tribe ' a 1988 project by the Ball brother's and thought it should be recorded properly, as he liked the song a lot. So a new fresh A.U.K. emerged and taking the D.I.Y. punk ethic to recording, like so many of the other anarcho - punk bands. Here is their decleration of anti-submission to all oppressors .
